To ensure smooth installation, please arrange for a licensed electrician to install a dedicated 50A power circuit (for saunas) or a standard 10A earthed power outlet (for cold plunges) within 2 meters of the installation point.

For installation of your sauna or cold plunge you will require a stable, level surface such as concrete, tiles, or a timber deck. Crushed stone may also be suitable if properly leveled.

Your sauna and/or cold plunge should be installed in a well-ventilated space with good airflow to prevent moisture buildup. The cold plunge should be installed with a minimum of 50cm standoff to any wall and have consistent ventilation and airflow.

While your cold plunge will require access to a suitable water point for filling and drainage, you do not need to have a plumber install the cold plunge, it is a self contained unit that circulates the water through the tub and chiller system.

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for Psycle Saunas under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• The sauna must be in as-new condition, with no signs of excessive use, damage, or modifications.
• A 35% restocking fee will apply, and customers are responsible for return delivery and installation costs.
• Custom or modified orders are not eligible for return.
