We build each Origin to order in batches of 10. Once built, kerbside delivery takes 7–10 business days for metro areas and 10–14 business days for regional areas. We'll keep you updated and send tracking once it's on the way.
Every Origin ships with the tub (stainless steel or Shou Sugi Ban inspired black timber), your selected chiller (1HP residential or 2HP commercial), the custom step and chiller housing, hoses, paper filter, inner metal filter, and WiFi connectivity for temperature control and scheduling.
The Origin runs from a standard 240V 10A power outlet, the same as most household appliances. No special wiring is required. We recommend a dedicated outlet for best performance.
The Origin is low-maintenance but should be cared for like a pool or spa. Keep up with regular water treatment, skim the surface with a net, and monitor water quality.

Yes. The Origin is built with an XL oversized upright design, making it comfortable for almost all body types and heights. Unlike bathtub-style plunges that feel cramped, the upright layout lets taller users fully submerge without awkward positioning.
The Origin is highly efficient, costing just $0.25–$1 per day depending on ambient temperature, target temperature, and use frequency. Once your set temperature is reached, the chiller enters power-saving mode, circulating and filtering the water without the compressor running, and only re-activating when the temperature drifts a few degrees. By comparison, cooling 500L with ice would cost $50+ every plunge.
